Fort San Sanatorium was an abandoned tuberculosis hospital in Saskatchewan. The complex was self-sufficient with almost everything they needed on site including a power plant. The buildings on site included a main building with two wings, multiple pavilions, an auditorium, nurses' residences, nurses' cottages, and other buildings on site including a doctor's house up on the hill. The site was once home to many more large pavilions for patients but they were demolished years before.
