This house stands in an area known for some very large houses. While other areas of the province with "old money" would build houses using stones or brick this area predominately built these big homes out of wood. Most of the homes were two-story and had large porches. This house is one such case. We were not able to find history on this place but it was clear these people had money. The house has many wood details, multiple bedrooms, and a private bathroom upstairs. Even with all these fancy details, it's obvious the house has been abandoned for years. Fortunately, there was hardly any vandalism and everything was still intact.
