Holy Spirit Ukrainian Catholic Church is the first church of the parish. Located near Hubbard, Saskatchewan, it was constructed in 1910 and enlarged and renovated in 1919.
Built in the shape of a cross with a low central dome covered in sheet metal while the exterior is shingle. The church is east-west orientated and there is no choir loft in this church. The interior has wooden pews for about 40 people which is why they have extra chairs stacked at the back. The church has no power so it's heated by coal and lite by candles. On site, there is a mission cross, bell tower, and cemetery.
The church is still under the pastoral charge of Ituna and is used for occasional services.
